Exarbi is an information and analysis platform that surfaces exchange price differences and arbitrage-related opportunity signals. It does not trade on behalf of users, request API keys, or hold user funds or crypto assets.

Real MAC addresses are not always technically available through browsers. Exarbi therefore aims to rely on limited technical identifiers such as device identity, device fingerprinting, and session-device information when necessary.

6. International Transfers
Although Exarbi servers are hosted in Türkiye, some providers such as Google, Stripe, Meta, Microsoft, Hotjar, Telegram, and Discord may involve transfers abroad.
Such transfers are carried out only in line with applicable data-protection rules, with appropriate safeguards, standard clauses, explicit consent, or other lawful mechanisms.
7. Retention
Personal data is retained for the duration required by the processing purpose and applicable law.

11. Users Under 18
Because the platform includes crypto-market data and paid plans, users under 18 should use Exarbi only with parental or guardian knowledge and supervision.
Parental or guardian approval may be required for paid memberships, payment actions, or account administration.
12. Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated due to legal, technical, or service changes. Updated versions become effective when published on the site.
